Peter O'Gradyback to Lawyers

Peter is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice.  He is admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and a Solicitor and Barrister of the High Court of Australia.

Peter joined Carneys in 1998, becoming an Associate Partner in 2000 and Special Counsel in 2009.  He previously worked for McClellands, Allen Allen & Hemsley, Freehill Hollingdale & Page and Clayton Utz.  He has extensive experience in the fields of Criminal Law, Commercial Litigation, Professional Negligence, Personal Injury and claims for Total and Permanent Disability.

Peter is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
