Peter O'Gradyback to Lawyers

Peter has practised as a solicitor since 1996.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts/Laws and is admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Peter joined Carneys Lawyers in 1998.  He was made an Associate Partner in 2000 and a Special Counsel in 2009.

Peter has expertise in criminal law, commercial litigation and common law damages claims.  He has an extensive common law practice that focuses on damages claims against insurance companies.

Peter also handles claims against superannuation and life insurance funds for total and permanent disablement (TPD) and death.

Before joining Carneys, Peter worked at McClellands Solicitors, Allen Allen & Hemsley, Freehill Hollingdale & Page and Clayton Utz.

Peter is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
